​We have highly qualified engineers who can perform complex hand calculations using Mathcad and Excel, complemented by advanced process modelling tools like AFT Fathom, AFT Arrow, Pipenet Vision, Aspen HYSYS, and AVEVA steady-state and dynamic simulations. Using these technical capabilities, our engineers can model new and optimise existing processes by performing hydraulic and pressure drop analysis, sizing control valves and lines, designing relief systems, selecting and rating heat exchangers, sizing pumps and compressors and performing root cause analysis investigations.

​In addition to technical calculations, Fedem has vast experience creating process flow diagrams (PFDs), marking and developing P&IDs, preparing equipment specifications, and authoring critical process documentation such as control philosophies, alarm and trip lists, cause and effect matrix, and hazard management strategies. We perform design reviews, risk and impact assessments, and HAZOP studies.
